What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and the GPS pin you drop at checkout, plus your order and review history.
Why we collect it
To cook and deliver your order, let the rider find you, show live tracking, apply vouchers, and answer your support messages.
Location data
The delivery pin is only used for the order it belongs to. Rider location is shared with you only while your order is on the way.
Who can see it
Only the Orbits manager and the rider assigned to your order. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete your account, or ask us to remove your data at any time from your account page or by emailing support.
Security
Accounts are protected by email verification and row-level database rules so customers can only read their own orders and messages.
