Question 1

How long does Orbits delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Most deliveries inside Sadiqabad arrive in 25–35 minutes. You can follow the rider live on the map from the moment the order is picked up.

Question 2

Can I collect my order instead of getting it delivered?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose Takeaway or Walk-in at checkout and pick the time slot you want. Collection orders need a time, delivery orders need a pinned location.

Question 3

What areas do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

We deliver across Sadiqabad from our counter at Ashraf Azam Byco Petrol Pump, Tillu Road, near Daras Adda.

Question 4

How do I use a voucher or discount?

Accepted Answer

Open the cart, enter your voucher code before placing the order, and the discount applies to the bill instantly. Running store sales apply automatically when your cart meets the conditions.

Question 5

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery is always available. When the manager enables online payment, bank, EasyPaisa and JazzCash details appear at checkout, and a small advance may be requested before the order is accepted.

Question 6

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, before the rider picks it up — open your order and tap cancel, or message the manager from the Help & Support page.

Question 7

How do reviews work?

Accepted Answer

Your review unlocks 5 minutes after delivery, so you rate the drink after you've actually tried it.
